The general assumption with nutrition is that to lose weight you need to remove certain foods from your diet. I'm here to show you that’s just not true. The reality is, no food should be completely off limit when you’re following a healthy eating plan. Of course there will be times when you may have to say no to some chocolate, but you don’t have to eat the same foods, day in, day out to lose weight.
I educate you about the importance of understanding calories and macronutrients, so that you never have to fear any food again. Nutrition is a simple, straightforward process, once you have got your head around what is required to see progress.
By the time you have finished coaching, you’ll understand exactly what has caused you to make progress & why you weren’t seeing the results you wanted previously, so you never make the same mistakes again.
Your training programme needs to be achievable otherwise it will cause more stress to you. This is the exact reason YOU have some input into your training program. You should enjoy going to the gym with a program that’s designed just for you. If you enjoy it, you’ll work harder. If you work harder, you’ll get better results. My knowledge combined with your preference means you’ll receive the most optimal training programme for you.
This isn’t a generic 3 sets of 10 programme, or a bunch of HIIT workouts downloaded from YouTube. Your programme is tailored to your training age, your exercise preferences and even your gym layout. Your training programme will be structured to allow progression over the course of 12 weeks, so you stay engaged and excited every time you step foot in the gym.
Factoring in your lifestyle is a huge element of success. I help you navigate social situations, family events and stressful times. These are often times when you can go off track. However, by educating & empowering you, I show you how to navigate these situations so that you never “break” or “cheat” on your diet again.
